Desaru is located 100 kilometres from Johor Bahru, and is a very popular destination for its clean beaches, excellent golf courses and unique attractions.

Johor Premium Outlets is located at the intersection of the North-South Expressway and the Second Link Expressway. The center is highly accessible to all traffic going to and from Johor and Singapore. Legoland

LEGOLAND Malaysia theme park, the first in Asia, is located in Nusajaya, Johor. Situated on 76 acres of land, the park is the sixth such park to open in the world.

Previous parks are located in Billund, Denmark (1968), Windsor, England (1996), California, USA (1999), Germany (2002), Florida, USA (2005).

LEGOLAND is built with over 40 interactive rides, shows and attractions. One of the main attractions here is Miniland. More than 30 million LEGO bricks were used in the building of the various monuments here including the Petronas Twin Towers, The Merlion Statue, Taj Mahal and others. These well-known buildings were built to a scale of 1:20 where people, trains and airplanes come to life at the touch of a button. (read more…)


 

Pulau Rawa

Pulau Tioman

Unlike most tourist destinations in Malaysia, there aren’t any roads leading to Renggis. To visit it, one would need specific skills to navigate through some unusual terrain – they would need to go underwater.

That’s where I found myself one early morning last October – on the shores of Tioman Island, located just off the coast of the state of Johor, in southern Peninsular Malaysia. I was going to dive in Renggis, one of the popular dive sites for the casual underwater tourist. (read more…)
